We’d like to give a wholehearted and big Thank You to those who supported us during the exploration of becoming a resident-owned co-op, and we did everything we could feasibly do on our end with full documentation and original lead through constant communications.

One thing that we learned was just how big our community is, and it was an honor to bridge communication gaps as we were challenged at maximizing accessibility for keeping everyone in the loop as much as possible.

MCTU will no longer aim toward an outcome of a resident-owned co-op via CASA of Oregon’s 100% loan model.

Instead, we aim to serve our community in helping support another group of volunteers leading an effort to pursue park preservation and use our learned skills of communication and accommodations to help in their efforts of supporting this great community.

We aim to help make open communications possible within the whole park of tenants/residents open to the idea of keeping in touch—especially as the Winter season is just around the corner.

See you again soon, and God bless you all! 🙏
