What is CASA?

• CASA (Community & Shelter Assistance Corporation of Oregon) is a statewide nonprofit and Certified Technical Assistance Provider (CTAP) for ROC USA®, supporting the formation of Resident-Owned Community (ROC) cooperatives in Oregon parks.

That means property taxes for the park—and ultimately our space rents—stay more predictable and won’t suddenly skyrocket just because ownership changes.
